The article i read was about the coral reefs and how they are becoming damaged by heat stress. Heat stress is caused by the greenhouse gases that get trapped in the atmosphere. The gases in return make the water hotter than normal and cause the coral to bleach. This poese a problem becuse it shows that global warming is now becoming a very real threat. The coral are dying and are an early signal of ecological distress with the build up of green house gasses. I think that a lot of people on this planet don't know what they are doing to this planet. If things like this are goin to happen then why don't people learn to stop and try to fix things. This is just an early signal. What is it going to take for people to start realinzing that they need to pitch in and help get this planet back on the right path. Their are many people that are trying there hardest to get people involved with things like litter control and conserving energy. This article pretty told that if these reefs die then many of the fisheries will go with and leave millions trying to get the fish they love. This planet is the only to sustain life. I don't think it's right to let this planet die and not do anything about it.
